I’ve been bringing my Jeep Cherokee here for 3 years for everything like oil changes, new tires, new brakes. I feel like the prices are fair and the work is good. I only have 1 car and my family’s safety depends on a reliable car.

First time experience with Jason & the team at R&I and definitely will be going back. What I initially thought was either a starter/relay issue, or worse something to do with the alternator, Jason I formed me that my dead car was a simple oversight of a dome lamp being left on. I could easily see other places going ahead with the costly repair(s), but Jason’s honesty and integrity is why I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, guys.

Great service, they really take care of the customer. I needed a smog certificate any the smog shop recommended that I do some work in order to pass. I had the work done at R&I, brought it back for the certificate, but they still wouldn’t issue it. The guys at R&I took the car to the smog shop and explained the work to them and got my certificate fo me. That saved me a lot of time and aggravation dealing with the smog shop. That was going the extra mile to satisfy their customer. They are professionals who know their business and get the job done right. I highly recommend them.

I've honestly never experienced service like R&I. They're honest and thorough. They treat me like family! They've been serving my father-in-law for 20-years! I cant recommend them highly enough!
