I was visiting from out of town and my tire pressure started plummeting. I googled the nearest place to my mom’s assisted living and was lucky enough to find R&I who told me to come on by. They gave me a ride to my mom’s and had my car ready in about 3 hours. Nice guys, and I’m so grateful I found them.

When it comes to sudden auto problems, I never want to be a pain in the neck for auto mechanic shops (esp as a new customer with no rapport yet). Justin is graceful, accommodating, patient & informative. The crew work their butts off to get everybody done, and seem to keep their cool. Best service ever! I have an older car that needed a lot of maintenance and after getting several estimates, R&I offered the best price. They also are very thorough and provide a detailed estimate. They even took photos of each item needing to be addressed, making everything understandable to a layman. Everyone there is polite and attentive, and they even have loaner vehicles. I would highly recommend R&I Automotive!
