R&I have done a spectacular job in repairing my car after I hit an enormous pothole that generated a domino effect of problems, including the necessity of replacing the transmission. Melody Snyder did a wonderful job in coordinating all that needed to be done and keeping me well informed of the list of problems, the resolutions, approvals needed and then confirmation that the work had been done. I have never seen such an impressively detailed invoice itemizing the completed work! Melody is so very helpful and a real delight to work with. My thanks to all at R&I for their good work.

Trust worthy and outstanding service

We have two very old cars, one 25 years old, the other 22 years. RI has been servicing them for many years. They're both still running! Jason and his team have been consistently clear about what they're doing, what it will cost, and the timing to complete it. I would recommend R I Automotive; they do a great job!

It's been so long since I've needed to find an auto repair shop. Fortunately, I was referred to R & I. Melody was amazing! She provided frequent and clear communication, along with estimates to approve along the way. I never felt forgotten and was easily able to establish a sense of trust. I was offered a loaner car, if needed. When my car was ready, we were able to coordinate my getting picked up from work to get my car. To the person/s who repaired my car, plus new tires and oil change..... thank you! 😊
