The job on my car was done on time, as promised, even though R & I was not familiar with my type of EV and had a challenge in removing the mangled shock absorber (and was able to replace the cabin air filter, which is Difficult to get at!). Good work!

Big thanks to Melody and the mechanic who fixed my Lexus. I was googling the electrical issues and panicking because we have to get up to Tahoe for a family wedding. The shop was super busy but I really appreciated how much time she took to explain what was going on and what they were doing. And it ended up costing less than I expected.
