On my way out of town and discovered a nail in my tire. After going to two different places who could not fit me in my neighbor recommended R &I. They put on my spare and kept my tire to repair. This was on a Friday so Jason said I would have to wait until Monday. Much to my surprise he called a couple of hours later saying my tire was fixed. I went back and they put the repaired tire back on for a very minimal charge. Definitely will go back and highly recommend them.

I had a headlight that needed replacing. I own an old Mitsubishi. Jason put in a lot of time researching how to obtain part. It turned out to be very expensive to replace and so he suggested replacing just bulb for now. I wasn’t planning on keeping car much longer so I opted for that great solution. We did and he was very helpful.

163K service was excellent as usual. Really like the explanations given after you drop it off - gives you time to decide if you want to do everything per their suggestions, or otherwise. They’re very safety, minded and cautious, so they might continue to suggest something that should be done (I usually do) but the customer has the final word. Good pricing and great service.
