My husband and I were mid road trip home when we ran into some car troubles. Ended up being turbo engine trouble for a Hyundai 2017. R&I was able to work with us as we coordinated a ride home and communicated the situation throughout the week as work was done. They did the work and I drove up to get the car, which ended up being after hours, so a lockbox pick up was coordinated. For being 100+ miles away from him/my car the majority of the exchange, this business really heeded the call and kept a bad situation from becoming worse. If you are near the San Rafael area, I would highly recommend this business and it’s customer service.
