R & I just did a pre purchase inspection for me. They were able to schedule the appt next day and when they were done, they emailed me a complete list of repairs needed with costs and in order of importance. They also called to explain the results and ask if I had any questions/concerns. I'll be going back to them to get the repairs done. Thanks R & I!

I had my left rear-view mirror knocked off my car and felt it was unsafe to drive: R&I saw me immediately, ordered the required part, and two days later they installed it in less than an hour, having given me morning priority to do my car first. Who can complain about such great service!!

R&I accommodated me on (what was for them) a fully scheduled day, when l had a surprise issue with the car. Even so, they did a great job and finished ahead of promised time.
