Jason at R & I was so helpful and thorough. We had them inspect a car we were thinking of purchasing. This is a great neighborhood business who values customer service and the community support!

R&I automotive was able to quickly assist late in the afternoon right before they were set to close with a battery/electrical issue. Will be bringing my car back for future services for sure.

Fine for an oil change, tire rotation included, did feel upsold a little bit but they did not hassle me when I declined the additional service.

My 2013 Fiat had some electrical issues and deferred maintenance. My experience at R&I automotive was fantastic. Jason was responsive, transparent and educated me along the way. I was on a budget and Jason worked with me to let me know what items could wait a few months and what should be taken care of immediately. All the car problems were solved for exactly the amount of what the quote stated. Really liked the fact that he was able to text/email me the quote with all the details before determining what immediate work I needed done. Highly recommend!

Their manager Jason was a complete professional in getting my issues resolved! His team fixed my engine’s problem much sooner than promised and I was completely happy with the quality of work done.
