I am so glad I took my car here! It was making a weird noise that I thought would end up requiring a new clutch. Thankfully, after a very thorough and fairly priced inspection, the mechanics let me know that previous work I had done at another shop left my axle somewhat loose, and recommended i take it back there to correct their malpractice. Thankfully the guys at R & I were correct! I just took my car back to the prior shop so they could tighten everything back down, but now I will be returning to R & I for future work/repairs due to their honesty, helpfulness and professionalism!
