San Rafael Auto Repair

A few months ago, my brake light relay switch went out while I was in the East Bay. I was able to drive back to San Rafael where they fixed the problem right away. They are friendly and professional and that's why I've been a customer for many years.

My battery was shot and Jason had me scheduled that same day and sent me off driving with a new battery in under the time he quoted me. Everyone was super pleasant, professional and helpful. I highly recommend R & I Automotive. Plus, if you are driving down Freitas Pkwy, you will get to see the beautiful mural of poppies painted on a wooden fence on your way (If you are heading NE). Just an additional bonus!

I’ve been bringing my Jeep Cherokee here for 3 years for everything like oil changes, new tires, new brakes. I feel like the prices are fair and the work is good. I only have 1 car and my family’s safety depends on a reliable car.

First time experience with Jason & the team at R&I and definitely will be going back. What I initially thought was either a starter/relay issue, or worse something to do with the alternator, Jason I formed me that my dead car was a simple oversight of a dome lamp being left on. I could easily see other places going ahead with the costly repair(s), but Jason’s honesty and integrity is why I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, guys.
