Very easy oil change and thorough assessment of car's general condition.

This was a bit of a nightmare for me but Jason made it so much better in addition to finding out that my engine had a recall. My car was having engine trouble and literally basically dying on me within an hour. Engine light came on in the morning and by the tome I made it to work it just started to just slow down before I could even let it do anymore I parked at my job and started my search for a mechanic. I called Hyundai which is my go to and closer to home they weren’t helpful at all. My brother did some research and noticed R&I was experienced in Hyundai vehicles. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to continue my service with R&I because of the recall. But everything was very professional and I felt very comfortable and was dealt with very reasonably.

I'm new to the area. I saw an ad online for R&I auto ac work. I called and spoke with Jason. He was nice, knowledgble, and took the time to explain what would be done to my car initially. He also gave me the "coupon price" I saw in the online ad. Unfortunately, it would cost over a grand to get my 2001 Honda's ac to work properly. Oh well. I still appreciate their honesty and work. (Sorry I don't give anyone 5 stars unless they're impeccable!)

A few months ago, my brake light relay switch went out while I was in the East Bay. I was able to drive back to San Rafael where they fixed the problem right away. They are friendly and professional and that's why I've been a customer for many years.
